Accessing the Conference

Here are some notes on logistics: Sessions will have a moderator.

—Sessions will not be recorded.

—Presenters are encouraged to share their presentation script ahead of time.

—We’ll be using Old Dominion University’s Zoom hosting.

—Each participant listed in the program will be able to share their screen.

—Each session will have its own waiting room.

—Each session chair will have the ability to remove any participant(s) that disrupt the flow of the event or who engage in hostile, rude, or bullying behavior.

—Each session chair will also have the ability to cut off any presenters that go over their allotted time.
